Natural gas hydrate (NGH) has become the most potential emerging green energy known in 21st century due to its characteristics of wide distribution, abundant reserves and clean combustion. This study designs an axial annulus situ hydrocyclone desander (AAIHD) based on drilling instruments order resolve serious problem sand production during solid fluidization NGH. The effect inlet flow rate separation zone length removal efficiency AAIHD is tested through experimental research. results indicate that a higher performance when L / D =12.4 range 10 m 3 /h 25 /h, maximum reaches 77.4%. purpose this achieve in-situ backfilling slurry addition facilitate advancement fluidized exploration technologies.
